“What is the future of cinema”? We look at other times cinema has been under threat and how lessons from those crisis points.

This month, At The Flicks asks, (and answers), the weighty question, “What is the future of cinema”? We look at other times cinema has been under threat and how the lessons from those crisis points, could shape the future of cinema as it faces new technical challenges.

Our reviews this month are Ready Player OneA Quiet Place and Isle Of Dogs. New this month are our recommendations of what else is worth watching if you enjoyed the three films under our review microscope.

As usual our Movie news section takes a rather irreverent look at what you can expect to see in cinemas next year, before we finish with another tough Movie question.
